Well equipped kitchen with full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge and dish washer. Laundry facilities
provided separately. Supplementary oil central heating for cooler weather. Wifi access available.

MID SEASON - June and September - £300.00 per week

   This is a Saturday, but please telephone or e mail if you require another changeover day as this can sometimes be arranged, especially during the low season months.

THE ECURIE GUELTAS

 

 

New for the 2011 season, the Ecurie is situated in a small hamlet near to the village of St Nicolas des Eaux & only 300yds from the river Blavet & the tow path.

Sleeps 4 persons plus Baby. 

    

     

The cottage is newly renovated & has accommodation for 4 persons with one double room & one twin, a bathroom with bath & shower. The ground floor is open plan on two levels with a comfortable lounge area with a wood burning stove, satilite tv & dvd player.There is a well equipped kitchen with built in electric oven & gas hob,tall fridge, dishwasher & washing machine. Dining area with table & chairs.Outside is a private garden with patio & garden furniture.Also supplied is a barbeque & bicycles for your own use. There are two off road parking spaces, one beside the gite & the other at the side of the back garden.

LOW SEASON - Easter, May, and October - £265.00 per week
MID SEASON - June and September - £295.00 per week
HIGH SEASON - July and August - £375.00 per week

CHRISTMAS - £300.00 per week

River Blavet & Towpath Gueltas
     

Changeover day Ecurie Gueltas

This will be a Saturday/Sunday, but as above sometimes it could be possible to arrange another day.

  Electricity, water, gas and some logs for the fire if required are included in the price for both gites.
 Also all bed linen and tea towels are provided but we do ask if you can bring your own towels.

During the colder periods there would be a supplementary charge for the central heating at Merle gite- to be arranged at the time of booking

Time of arrival at the commencement of your holiday is after 3pm and we ask if you could vacate the gite on departure day by 10.00 am

We do not charge for cleaning, but we do ask that you leave the gite in a tidy & clean condition on your departure.
